CHLOÉ MALLOGGI

FROUFROUS
2026

Self-organized collective exhibition with Rebecca Guillet, Émilie Launay, Chloé Malloggi, Léo Moisy, Bérénice Nouvel and Azur Schleinitz. April 2026, Nantes, FR.

“As an artist, the place where we wake up and fall asleep is probably one of the places from which we work and from which we are not paid. By choice or by necessity, domestic space is used as a space of production. Our work is colored by the nights we have spent there, by what is in the fridge, by the voices of our neighbors. The six participants in the exhibition […] chose to gather in a space that is not standardized according to the codes of contemporary art. It is an apartment shaped by Léo’s habits, surrounded for the occasion by his close friends, who also gather as colleagues.

[…] The exhibition, through the car and the apartment, evokes the spatial dimension of our friendships. It tells the story of what happens when we meet up, the tangible or imagined places we travel through together, and the doors we open and close thanks to our friends.”
